There are a lot of restaurants in Scottsdale, Arizona for sure but only one passes my checklist for health, nutrition and incredible taste, Nourish!
In the photo here is the owner of Nourish, Kirsten Carey and her Executive Chef, Dan Santos. Kirsten’s path to opening Nourish was certainly not typical, especially considering the quality level of her food which is second to none. She left a successful consulting business to open a non traditional restaurant in a tough economy which usually is a recipe for disaster.
