Truth is, it comes easy to me because the 3 steps to incredible health are a part of my every day life. If you don’t practice any of these three steps, then it may be hard for you but certainly not impossible. My advice to you is introduce one step every 30 days into your life and then make them a habit.

Yes, that’s correct, water. Water is essential for life in so many ways without it we die and with limited water consumption daily, we suffer! After all, the body is made up of 75% water and more importantly the brain is made up of 85% water. So, the formula to follow as an average is drinking half your body weight in ounces consumed daily. For example, if you weight 150 lbs., then you should be drinking at least 75 ounces of water a day. You will be amazed at how you feel! Sixty percent of illnesses could be cured with stress reduction and adequate water consumption, enough said right there!
And as far as the type of water, people need to drink spring water, artesian well water, purified water or alkalized water. Water intake is key in the 3 steps to incredible health.
Yup, you guessed is, exercise and not just any exercise, I’m talking about interval training. Why interval training, because you do more good for your body, heart and overall health in less time and much less pain and damage to yourself.
